Minimalism is not something that Gen Z usually goes for. While the aesthetic of simplicity may seem refreshing at first, Gen Z often finds it lacking in depth and character. Here are some reasons why:

Meanwhile, Gen Zers are more interested in supporting smaller, eco-friendly businesses that value quality and longevity over trends and disposability.
All of these factors make it clear why Gen Z doesn’t typically go for minimalism. They are more interested in cultivating a unique, conscious lifestyle and expressing themselves in an authentic, intentional way.
